| Description |
Nitrogen consumption up to 1.000 litres per month is supplied by the Nitrogen
Service, which is organised by the gas supplier. Dewars are filled directly onto
the delivery vehicle, but also transport containers, which supply the freezing
containers in the laboratory section.
For the take-off quantity of 1.000 litres of liquid nitrogen per month a stationary storage tank should be installed, which is filled periodically by a nitrogen tank truck. The handling expenditure and the costs are reduced drastically and the safety standard can be improved fundamentally. The tank size depends upon the consumption quantity of nitrogen per month and can be inferred from the diagram.
