CryoFreezer HE
High-Efficiency Freezer Container for Storage under Liquid Nitrogen Cooling
Application
High-efficiency freezer container for the safe storage and retrieval of biogenic material under liquid nitrogen cooling. This vacuum-insulated container design is intended for pure gas-phase storage with low nitrogen consumption. The liquid nitrogen level and storage temperature are electronically controlled and monitored. Comprehensive communication and alarm systems ensure operational safety.
Structure

Description
In high-efficiency freezer containers, a rotating rack ensures temperature distribution in the container. The organizing system, and thus the stored goods, do not come into contact with the liquid nitrogen. The risk of cross- contamination by liquid nitrogen is eliminated. The narrow neck opening minimizes icing and cold loss. This reduces maintenance and wear, and the storage temperature in the container remains consistently low with minimal nitrogen consumption. A high-efficiency container consumes 30-50% less liquid nitrogen compared to standard freezer containers while providing the highest possible storage security due to long holding times.
