Aluminium Freezer Container for nitrogen-cooled Samples

Application
The vacuum-insulated aluminum container CryoStorage S is a compact deep-cold freezer container for the long-term storage of biogenic material under nitrogen cooling. Canisters and racks are available as storage systems. Storage is performed in the liquid or gas phase. As a special design, the Dry Shipper enables shipping under nitrogen cooling. CryoStorage S is particularly suitable for use in medical institutes, biological laboratories, institutes for artificial insemination (IVF), by breeders, and in pharmaceutical facilities.

Structure

Description
CryoStorage S is made entirely of aluminium and features highly efficient vacuum super-insulation. The high-strength neck tube and the associated lockable lid with insulation plug minimize liquid nitrogen losses. Versatile stainless-steel storage systems such as canisters in various heights and racks in various designs enable customer-specific storage of straws, vials, and blood bags. Canisters and racks hang from rods and are identifiable and easily accessible via the index ring. The handles and the optionally available roller base enable convenient handling in the installation area. In the Dry Shipper, an absorbent is used that absorbs the liquid nitrogen to ensure a dry, leak-proof transport in the vapor phase.
