Distribution Fitting for Liquid Nitrogen

Application
CryoQCon is a quick connector that can be operated without tools for disconnecting and connecting flexible supply lines under nitrogen refrigeration. A safety-optimised 2-lever arm version is available especially for lines with liquid nitrogen. Conventional liquid nitrogen connections with a standard connector and transfer hose can be retrofitted with CryoQCon.

Structure

Description
CryoCross consists of a sturdy mounting plate with a stainless steel distribution fitting. The liquid connection is made via a forward-angled connector. Ball valves on the left and right enable the individual supply of additional consumers with liquid nitrogen. These are connected via standard hose connectors. A pressure gauge displays the operating status of the distribution fitting. The integrated safety valve, angled with the blow direction downward, ensures safe operation. The use of CryoCross avoids excessive wear and limitations on the transport and supply container caused by necessary modifications when using commercially available multiple or dual withdrawal systems.
